Do you offer international shipping for heavy acoustic panels?
Currently, we ship across North America. Due to the weight and size of soundproofing materials, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order volume.
Can I return unused insulation rolls or panels?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that specialized custom-cut materials are final sale.
