At Sound Insulation Shop, we want to ensure your space achieves the acoustic perfection you desire. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused soundproofing materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the acoustic panels or insulation materials in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
